Candidates in the upcoming elections would all like to attract Chabad Chassidim, realizing in Eretz Yisrael, there are 300 Chabad Houses and over 500 shluchim, and earning the support of Chabad rabbonim can lead to thousands of votes.
Veteran Hebron community resident and activist, Rabbi Hillel Horowitz is a well known personality in the Chabad community, for the rabbi has always done his utmost to protect and advance Chabad interests in Hebron. Horowitz, who is number 13 on the Bayit HaYehudi list, addressed a kenos of shluchim in the Nir Etzion Hotel in the north this week.
He told shluchim that he has decided that if he makes it into Knesset he will work to earn official state recognition for Chabad houses in Eretz Yisrael, a move that would undoubtedly assist the shluchim, who are responsible for their own funding. Rabbi Horowitz hopes to find a state source of funding assistance to assist the shluchim in their mission.
Horowitz is confident that his Bayit Yehudi colleagues will back the move since “Batei Chabad are there to assist everyone” as he put it.
While Chabad does not officially endorse any party, many chassidim are planning to vote for Naftali Bennett’s Bayit HaYehudi Party.

Given that Israeli Chabadnik tends to be hawkish (strongly in favor of keeping all of Eretz Yisrael, even if that results in war) and tend to serve in the army, it would seem a good match ideologically.

chabad cannot vote for any party that is willing to give away a inch of eretz yisrael that means likud/shas/degel/kadima/avoda…
i dont think recognition for Chabad houses will make them vote for someone.

SEEMS the inverse is the accuracy, in favor of giving up parcels of Eretz Yisroel (as in Gush Katif, Migron, Yamit) and the result is WAR.
