The march held in the Dheisheh area of the PA (Palestinian Authority) occupied Beit Lechem district on Tuesday 19 Teves 5773 has led to an outcry among many Israelis. The march marked the 48th anniversary since the establishment of Fatah, the party labeled by Israeli leaders as “moderate”, the party headed by Israel’s “peace partner,” Abu Mazen.
If one did not know it was a Fatah-affiliated event, one would have believed the march was sponsored by Hamas, for marchers carried guns, axes, knives clubs and anything that could be used as a weapon.
Reports add that PA security forces turned a blind eye to the event, permitting the display of weapons, giving a true picture of realities in the PA and the so-called Fatah moderates.

I’m sure they had the olive branch as well, didn’t they?
This is elementary. You can’t gain votes in the PA unless you show that you want to kill.
