The High Court of Justice on Sunday overturned last week’s ruling of the Central Election Committee, which ruled MK Hanin Zoabi may not take part in the upcoming general elections.
Zoabi, an Arab MK who took part in the Mavi Marmara terrorist flotilla which sought to defy the Israeli marine embargo on Gaza.
The Central Election Committee accepted the petition which was based on the MK’s repeated statements against Israel, showing clearly her loyalty lies elsewhere, not with the State of Israel.
The High Court in a unanimous vote overturned the decision, announcing Zoabi may run in the general elections on 11 Shevat 5773.
The court’s decision led to many statements of condemnation, including MKs who stated in the new coalition, a new law must be drafted to circumvent the court’s ruling in the matter.

Why not just deport Zoabi.
Better yet, since wannabe Ayatollah Obummer loves the towelheads so much offer an exchange, Zoabi for Pollard.
Ridiculous high court and with an unanimous vote, even more ridiculous.
