One of the three suspects remanded in the assault of HaPeles newspaper Editor-in-Chief Nati Grossman was released on Thursday, 14 Teves 5773. Attorney Rivkah Schwartz has proven to police’s satisfaction that her client was not involved in any way in the attack.

She lamented the fact that her client had to remain imprisoned since Sunday despite her ability to show them he was not involved.

Grossman was attacked last week upon returning home to the Bayit Vegan neighborhood of Jerusalem on his way home from the Shaare Tzedek area, where he met with HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach Shlita.
