Following havdalah the Sadigura Rebbe Shlita spoke of the importance of the upcoming general elections, scheduled to take place on 11 Shevat 5773. According to a report appearing in the daily HaMevaser, the rebbe called upon the tzibur to work to strengthen Gimmel, Yahadut Hatorah, stressing the importance of a successful election bid.

The rebbe called on followers to work to assist in a successful Yahadut Hatorah bid, not just voting but to enlist others, which B’ezras Hashem he feels will result in a better situation for the chareidi tzibur at large in Eretz Yisrael.
