The Sanz Laniado Hospital was given the Beautiful Hospital in a Beautiful Israel Award from the Council for a Beautiful Israel, recognizing the hospital’s efforts on behalf of our environment, aesthetics, cleanliness, and maintaining this high standard for five consecutive years.

The hospital received the organization’s five-star rating for the past five years consecutively, earning the award that was bestowed this year. It is important to add that while other hospitals were also given the five-star rating for the past five consecutive years, the award was given to Laniado.

Members of the award committee visited hospitals last week, inspecting the wards, gardens, corridors, patient rooms and more. Laniado came out in the lead, earning the prestigious award.

Most hospitals affiliated with the Clalit HMO throughout Israel were included in the competition.

Hospital officials also were proud to share future plans with members of the committee, explaining the medical facility hopes to add a new orthopedic ward, a new intensive care unit, a MRI unit, new preemie ward, as well as new dialysis and delivery units.
