The directorate of the Leumit HMO announced that any residents of southern rocket strike communities opting to seek refuge elsewhere in the country would be entitled to complete services at another branch of the HMO anywhere in Israel.

While one would usually be entitled to emergency services at any HMO clinic, this special arrangement also permitted residents to receive services that may not generally be made available to members at another branch of the HMO.
