On the Sunday afternoon Kol Chai program hosted by Menachem Tucker the station’s phone lines crashed. The show got underway at 14:00 as scheduled and there was nothing extraordinary until Tucker announced that callers who phone in and say לשון הרע לא מדבר אלי will receive 100 NIS. Within moments, hundreds of callers tried getting through, downing the lines.

A total of 10,000 calls were received during the program and the station handed out a considerable amount of money.

The special phone-in was part of the program to increase awareness among the tzibur to distance oneself from loshon hora.
