Despite the ongoing criminal case against Rabbi Yeshayahu Pinto and Rebitzen Devorah, the two were given permission to travel abroad for medical reasons as the police investigation against them continues, albeit after putting down a sizable bail.
The two agreed to return immediately if and when they are requested to do so by police as the investigation move ahead. A Rishon L’Tzion court gave the couple permission to travel under the special circumstances.

What a scam….EY has some of the best medical facilities in the world. They don’t need to travel overseas to get medicial treatment. I doubt very much these two scam artists will return to face trial if they are indicted.
@ Gadolhadorah-
We should never call Rebbeim names even if you think that they deserve it! How do you truly know what is going on in this case? This is very serious and it is not our place to start judging our Rabbis.
Of course its a scam but its against this Tzadick – I personally know someone who made Rabbi Pinto a small Partner in a business deal that profitted millions all because of the Kedussha of the Rav. He is clearly a serioues Meckubal who should be respected.
Bet they never see him in Eretz Yisroel again

Please read the charges against him and the facts on which they are based. You decide for yourself. If a Rav is tried in court in front of a jury, of course it will be poishete yidden who “judge our rabbis”.
