In advance of the rapidly approaching Hurricane Sandy, Chesed of Lakewood is compiling a list of frum homes with built-in generators. If the need to evacuate or transport people with medical needs arises, or in case of power outages at the homes of those in need of constant medical assistance, we are urgently seeking frum homes that can be made available for those cholim to find safe shelter.

In addition, if you or someone you know requires constant medical assistance or life support, please call Chesed of Lakewood, and we will make the proper arrangements to evacuate and have patients placed at the homes of local frum families whose homes are equipped with generators and medical support.
