The man who admitted to kidnapping and killing Leiby Kletzky Z”L last summer will be sentenced today. Levi Aron pleaded guilty to killing 8-year-old Leiby earlier this month.
He’s facing 40 years to life in prison.
The defense had argued Aron is schizophrenic and had been planning an insanity defense before the guilty plea.
Kletzky’s father said the plea deal spares the family the pain of a trial.
