One person was killed and at least three others were hurt in an overnight crash involving an overturned garbage truck and an SUV on the Boro Park border, early Wednesday morning.
The NYPD tells BrooklynScoop.com that on Wednesday morning, at approximately 2:10AM, police responded to a 911 call of a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 20 Avenue and 61 Street within the confines of the 66 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers determined that a Jeep traveling westbound on 61 Street struck a private sanitation truck traveling northbound on 20 Avenue as the vehicles crossed the intersection. The truck was hit so hard, it caused it to roll onto its side.
A passanger in the SUV was pronounced dead.
The operator of the Jeep was taken into custody under suspicion of driving while intoxicated. Charges are pending.

I had to read all the way till tghe end to see there was a DRIVER to the jeep/SUV. All along the “jeep” was driving etc.
We have to watch our “Boro Park borders” better.
Mark,
That’s actually a common convention in the mainstream press, so leave this one alone.
