A naval commando who was a part of the assault force on the Mavi Marmara on May 31, 2010 has filed an 800,000 lawsuit against the Defense Ministry in the Tel Aviv District Court after his photo appeared in the Turkish media and elsewhere around the world. In the lawsuit he explains he fears that his identity will become known and he will be targeted by terrorists.
The Shayetet 13 commandos taking part in the raid wore hoods to cover their identities as is their standard operational protocol yet the navy released photos of three of them after the raid. The plaintiff points out that he is particularly fearful regarding any plans to visit or study abroad.

Every Jew may be a target of terrorists. We should all sue our parents for making us Jews. Such suits are frivolous and keep unscrupulous lawyers busy and crowd the courts with nonsense. The faster it is thrown out of court the better. Anything to make a buck. Shameful!!
He is justified. Why in the world would they expose his identity in a world of extremists and terrorists?
His name is Jason Bourne
