In an interview with Galei Tzahal (Army Radio) host Razi Barkai on Monday, Roni Bar-Ohn, a former Kadima finance minister explained the government’s biennial state budget is not legitimate, for in essence, it is two one year budgets, adding “they put 1.25 billion aside for the Knesset Finance Committee [headed by MK Rav Moshe Gafne] for the shtreimels. You understand, placing it there to make certain it goes to all the correct places.”
