Following weather reports of the potential for serious storms to hit Sullivan and Ulster Counties, Catskills Hatzolah Coordinators held a meeting with the members who are covering the area. The emergency meeting was held at the new Hatzolah Garage in Fallsburg.
Hatzolah tells CatskillScoop.com that they are fully prepared for any weather situation which should come their way. The ambulances will be manned by full crews, and will be driving around their normal response areas. The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch until 9:00PM, and Hatzolah reminds people to take proper precautions.
Due to the fact that there may be power outages, make sure you have water, batteries for flashlights, and anything else you may need during the storm.
