As Klal Yisrael is counting down the final days until the 12th Siyum HaShas, Meoros HaShas is boasting unprecedented success in sales since advertising its new “special” edition which includes the 1,500 mishnayos of Seder Zeraim and Taharos that are not in Shas Bavli – part of the plan is to include the mishnayos in the 13th round of daf yomi so that everyone will complete all of Shas Bavli.

This new shas is being printed under the banner לומדים בשלימות. The daily HaMevaser adds that the new project receive warm praise from Mechabaer HaShevet Halevy, HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Halevy Wosner Shlita among other gedolim. Meoros officials add that the new gemaras are printed on premium paper and have superior binding as they have taken great strides towards improving the quality of the sefer.

Meoros officials are quoted by HaMevaser adding they have a letter in hand written some time ago from a talmid who was very close to HaRav Meir Shapira ZTV”KL, in which he laments the fact that these mishnayos were omitted from the daf yomi cycle because they do not have accompanying gemara.

Meoros officials also boast the fact that over 900 maggidei shiurim recently received 1,000 NIS for their ongoing effort. The sum paid is commensurate to the size of one’s shiur, with some receiving a larger sum.
