The Chukas Mishpat Beis Din in Ashdod has come out against the city’s separate beach since the passage to the modest swim area is open and the immodesty is in full view of all to see.

The beis din released a notice to the tzibur that one should not visit the beach since one cannot get to the separate area without first passing an unacceptable area in which modesty is compromised to put it mildly.

The beis din is calling on City Hall and whoever has the authority to act to find a solution to permit bathers to visit the separate swimming beach without having to pass through the immodest area.
