The Zol U’Vegadol supermarket and Isracard (Mastercard in Israel) have given a large prominent Jerusalem billboard to Esther Pollard to advertise her husband’s plight. Mrs. Pollard approached the companies to inquire if they might be willing to assist her after she learned they rented the prominent billboard at the entrance to the capital. The companies agreed to permit her to use the billboard for a day as part of the Free Pollard campaign’s efforts to obtain the release of Jonathan Pollard.

Mrs. Pollard simply wanted visiting Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to see the billboard as her entourage entered Jerusalem during her two-day visit.
