16:14 IL: A major forest fire is burning out of control in the Mevaseret Tzion Ein Chemed areas in the Jerusalem corridor. A number of streets in Ein Chemed have been evacuated as the flames spread to area homes. There are reports of three injuries at present, baruch Hashem all light, including one policemen. The injured were transported to Shaare Zedek Medical Center and Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem.

Over 21 fire apparatus are taking part in efforts to bring the blaze under control along with firefighting planes.

17:20 IL: Over 37 fire teams and 6 firefighter planes trying to bring the blaze under control at this time. Over 10 people lightly injured.
