An armed robber dressed in a postal uniform delivered stickup notes to tellers at two Queens banks Monday morning and picked up $3,000, police said.
The first stop on his route was 9 a.m. at a Capital One bank on 164th St. in Utopia, where he gave the terrified teller a note and displayed a handgun in his waistband, cops said.
He then hit up another Capital One bank a mile and a half away on Main St. in Kew Gardens Hills just 10 minutes later, making off with more dough for a total of $3,000 from both.
The second bank sits across the street from a post office.
Police are trying to determine if a third armed bank robbery is the work of the same man.
An Astoria Federal Savings Bank on Hillside Ave. in Jamaica was held up about 11:19 a.m.
A robber in a button-down blue shirt displayed a firearm wrapped in a newspaper, cops said. A dye pack hidden in the $1,000 he stole exploded, according to police sources.
There have been no arrests.

So for $4000 which he probably won’t be able to spend, he’ll spend an incredible amount of time in prison. If you want to rob banks, one really needs a JD or and MBA, or perhaps a PhD in Economics, and you can get millions and manage to be considered a respectable member of society.

Boring again.
First of all, only $1000 was ruined
And second of all, boring comment.

Hmmmmm…so he stole $3,000 at the first bank, made off with ‘more dough’ at the second bank, for a total of $3,000.00. Maybe its me but somehow this math is just not adding up…
