A Jerusalem police spokesman reports that police detectives smashed the windows of a transport vehicle and rescued a five-year-old girl inside. It was reported the incident took place on Sunday, 29 Tammuz, towards the early evening hours. Police report they were alerted by a civilian that on Derech Beit Lechem in Talpiot, there is a parked car parked next to a child with no supervision.
Police detectives who were nearby, quickly reached the vehicle, shattered the window and rescued a 5-year-old girl who was crying and frightened.
One of the policewomen on the team picked up the girl who had not been hurt and calmed her down. Gave her a drink and bought her ices. Simultaneously, the driver was tracked down and detained for questioning.
Police learned it was a transportation vehicle that had dropped off a number of children including the girl. The driver stopped the vehicle and went to buy something in nearby store while the girl was still on board.
As stated, police opened an investigation into the neglect of the helpless, while working to locate the child’s parents in cooperation with welfare agencies. Police add it was fortunate the child was discovered before being in the locked vehicle for too long.
In the photo, we see a policewoman carrying the child.

Huh?
And if the vehicle “had dropped off a number of children including the girl” how was she still inside it?
