Russia’s chief rabbi, Rabbi Berel Lazar on motzei shabbos visited Kever Yosef escorted by Rabbi Elyakim Levanon, the rabbi of the Shomron Regional Council. Also taking part in the visit was IDF Chief Rabbi Brigadier-General Rafi Peretz.

Rabbi Lazar was part of the delegation of 400 arriving last week with Russian President Vladimir Putin and he remained after the president left to attend a family simcha.
