2:00PM: There are conflicting reports if this is a stabbing attack or a vehicular attack. It appears the terrorist has been neutralized. More to follow.

2:06PM: The attack was not a stabbing but a vehicular ramming attack. MDA reports two females in their 20s are being transported to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem with light injuries.
