A 6-year-old boy was R”L killed in a serious motor vehicle accident in Northern Israel on Monday morning. The rest of his family sustained serious injuries.

Magen David Adom received the call for a serious MVA between a truck and a private vehicle, on Route 70 near Moshav Avdan in the Galil, at 12:52PM on Monday, 23 Tammuz.

All 6 passengers in the van were transported with serious injuries. They are all from one family, from the Jerusalem area. The 44-year-old truck driver was in light condition.

The Nahariya Hospital spokesman unit reported at 3:20PM that a 6-year-old boy had passed away from his massive injuries; a 47-year-old male remains in serious condition with significant chest, abdominal and head injuries; a 16-year-old male is in moderate condition with head injuries; a 14-year-old female is moderate-to-serious with chest and abdominal injuries; and a 12-year-old girl is in grave condition with injuries to her brain, abdomen and chest.

They are all one family, from the Jerusalem area.
