Ousted Yated Leaders May Turn to the High Court of Justice

A few short hours after the Tel Aviv District Court released its verdict in the Yated Ne’eman control case, the losers gathered on Wednesday night, the eve of 8 Tammuz 5772 in the Ramada Hotel in Jerusalem. Among those present were Yaakov Levin, Ze’ev Grossman, and Dovid Segal.

They discussed options following the ruling, and they are likely to seek an injunction to prevent the takeover of the newspaper by the new leadership as they may plan to file an appeal with the High Court of Justice, Kikar Shabbat reports.

  1. By going to a secular court these sore losers have proven that they have no respect for our gedolim and daas Torah and are therefore unfit to run the Yated. This is a slap in the face to Maran Harav Shteinman shlita and all the other gedolim shlita who have endorsed this change in leadership. They should be ashamed of themselves.

  2. these people reverted to covert slander to pervert halachic justice, they made ‘gedolim’ who towed their line, is it surprising that instead of a beis din they now seek a secular court?
