Minister of Diaspora Affairs Yuli Edelstein was in France, visiting the Otzar HaTorah Yeshiva, the site of the fatal terror attack that claimed the lives of Rabbi Jonathan Sandler (30), Gavriel Yissacher Sandler (4), Aryeh Sandler (5), and Miriam Monsonego (7) HY”D.

Escorted by the widow, Mrs. Eva Sandler and members of the local Israeli diplomatic corps, Edelstein laid a wreath at the site of the attack, telling Mrs. Sandler that despite her personal loss and the accompanying grief, the victory is that the school continues and grows despite the lives of these Jewish children flourish as a result.
