12:46 IL: According to a preliminary report aired by Israel Radio, a man describing himself as an al-Qaeda operative walked into a bank in Toulouse, France, fired a shot and has taken four hostages, including the bank’s manager a short time ago.

The report states the man wants the policemen who killed the terrorist who perpetrated the attack against the Otzar HaTorah School that claimed the lives of Rabbi Jonathan Sandler (30), Gavriel Yissacher Sandler (4), Aryeh Sandler (5), and Miriam Monsonego (7) HY”D.

13:11: The bank is located to the home of the terrorist who perpetrated the terror attack in the Jewish school. Anti-terror police are on the scene of the hostage situation in the Toulouse bank.

14:15: French police report the incident began as a bank robbery and when it failed, the bandit decided to announce he is an al-Qaeda terrorist and took hostages.
