Arab MK Hanin Zuabi on Tuesday, appeared before the High Court of Justice to challenge the Knesset move to remove her parliamentary immunity for taking part in the 2010 Gaza flotilla, the terrorist vessels seeking to break the Israeli naval blockade of Gaza.
Zuabi was far from apologetic, telling the court that she should not be facing charges, but Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and former IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi should be placed on trial for their actions. She added that she will participate in future flotillas as well.
Knesset attorney Eyal Yinon told the court that the actions being taken against Zuabi are not punitive, but “proportional and balanced” and they are aimed at preventing a reoccurrence of such events.

The flotilla was not terrorist per se, just supportive of a terrorist regime. Just saying.
#1, They were carrying terrorists who tried to kill the soldiers.
I’m not quite sure exactly there exists an Arab MK in the first place.
Actually I am, I’m just trying to make a point.
