There will be changes in Jerusalem light rail service during the upcoming visit of US President Donald Trump.

On Monday, 26 Iyar, during the presidential visit, in line with Israel Police instructions, will operate on regular schedule most of the day. However, between the hours of 11:00AM – 2:00PM there will be changes as follows: Service will continue from Pisgat Ze’ev (Northern capital) to Kikar Denya. During these hours service will be sporadic as per police assessment of the situation. There will not be any service at the Yafei Nof and Mt. Herzl stations.

On Wednesday, 29 Iyar, because of the Jerusalem Day Parade, once again in line with police instructions, during the hours of 5:30PM and 8:15PM approximately, there will be limited service between Mt. Herzl and the Central Bus Station and between Pisgat Ze’ev and Ammunition Hill. During those hours, there will not be service between Ammunition Hill and the Central Bus Station.
