The SAT test scores for nearly 200 students were ruled invalid because students sat too close to each other at the testing site.
The test was taken on May 5 at the Packer Collegiate Institute, an elite private school in Brooklyn Heights. Students from a mix of public and private schools took the college entrance exam that day at Packer, according to the Wall Street Journal.
A representative for the ETS, which manages the test administration on behalf of the College Board, told the WSJ that he would “not discuss specifics of this case… for security reasons.”
A surprise audit revealed “numerous infractions.”
Parents and students told Fox 5 News on Thursday morning they were upset.
One student said she didn’t understand why this happened considering the tests are taken there every year.
The students will be allowed to retake the SAT at no extra cost.

Why didn’t the proctorer just tell the students to move further away from each other?!?
Let us make sure that these things NEVER happen in our Schools, and if they do let us make sure to do EVERYTHING to STOP IT!!!
