Mayor Bill de Blasio is coming to FDR High School, located at 5800 20th Avenue in Boro Park, tonight at 7:00 p.m. for a special town hall hosted by Councilman David G. Greenfield. This is the first time that a Mayor has come to the community for a public meeting where any question can be asked and will be answered by the Mayor and his top aides.
“People tell me all the time that they’d like to tell something to the Mayor. Well, tonight they can,” Greenfield said. “He’ll be taking questions from people who live in Midwood, Boro Park, and Bensonhurst. It’s a unique opportunity to have the person who runs the city answer any issues you may have.”
The focus of the town hall will be local issues vexing the residents of Boro Park, Flatbush and Bensonhurst. Any neighborhood issue can be discussed, from traffic to sanitation to policing.
This historic town hall is free and open to all residents of Midwood, Boro Park and Bensonhurst. However, an RSVP is required for a guaranteed seat. Those who’ve not yet RSVP’d may receive seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
Doors to the 7:00 p.m. event will open at 6:00 p.m., and all attendees are encouraged to arrive as early as possible. The doors to the event will close by 7:15 p.m.

I wish sanitation trucks would stop zooming by at high speeds at 1:00 A.M. Ours is a small street and the noise wakes everyone up. Don’t know where they are going at that hour, but they should travel on a more commercial street like 60th Street.
My question is why doesn’t he ever drop by when it isn’t an election year?
