Another Arrest in 10-Month-Old Arson Case

Honenu reports that a suspect was arrested on suspicion of setting a police car on fire after the destruction of the Alei Ayin outpost approximately ten months ago.

This morning, Tuesday, Yassam policemen arrived at the Yishuv HaDa’at farm near the community of Shilo in the Binyamin region and arrested N., who was taken to the Central Unit of the Yehuda and Shomron Police Station in Maale Adumim where he was interrogated concerning the above-mentioned vehicular arson.

Approximately ten months ago security forces destroyed the Alei Ayin outpost, also near Shilo. During the destruction the security forces conducted themselves violently, including throwing stun grenades and using police batons. As a result of the violence ten residents of area communities required medical treatment.

In response to the destruction and the violent conduct the police car belonging to the Binyamin Region Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Yoram Akua, was set on fire when it was unmanned and parked on the side of the road.

More than six suspects have been arrested in the case, the last approximately two months ago. All of them were later released.

Honenu reports that N. is still in interrogation and that Honenu attorney Adi Kedar is handling his case.

  1. The Yassam unit was created as an elite anti-terrorist unit.

Evil Barak has turned it into his SS/KGB – to arrest and beat Jews who love and build Eretz Yisrael.

  2. to number 1. The Yassam unit was created as an elite anti-terrorist unit.

You are correct, whether it was Barak who turned it into a SS/KGB unit or not is debatable but they are extremely violent against Jews and should be put in the West Bank Arabs areas ONLY! They beat viciously upon innocent Jews who desire to protest the governments anti-Jewish policies.
