In each one of us there is an Egypt and a Pharaoh and a Moses and Freedom in a Promised Land. And every point in time is an opportunity for another Exodus.
Egypt is a place that chains you to who you are, constraining you from growth and change. And Pharaoh is that voice inside that mocks your gambit to escape, saying, “How could you attempt being today something you were not yesterday? Aren’t you good enough just as you are? Don’t you know who you are?”
Yet we all have it in us, the infinite force deep within, an impetuous and all-powerful drive to break out from any bondage, to always transcend, to connect with that which has no bounds.
But Freedom and the Promised Land are not static elements that lie in wait. They are your own achievements which you may create at any moment, in any thing that you do, simply by breaking free from whoever you were the day before.
Sadly last Passover we may not have yet begun to light a candle.
We all sat and watched as the growing tide rose up against us! hearing crying mothers say “why is my child different? Why can’t he be a part as well?” For a majority of children, their most influential teachers and mentors will always be their parents and those parents know their child’s potential.
“Turning the TIDE at CAIL – Real Hope – Real Change”
About six month ago a group of capable young men knew that change was needed and they were going to do whatever it took to make that Change happen.
And so… T.I.D.E. happened, with a clear vision and an important mission.
OUR VISION
Every Child happy
Every Child loving Hashem, his Torah and Yiddishkeit.
Every Child being a Baal Derech Eretz with Yiras Shomayim.
OUR MISSION:
Our mission is to empower all students to apply their acquired skills and knowledge, and to rely upon their personal attributes to be Yirei Hashem, to lead productive lives al pi Torah im Derech Eretz and to apply their G-d given strengths and abilities to become contributing and exemplary members of the Frum community and society at large, most importantly to love “Yiddishkeit”.
The dreams, aspirations, and goals of home are given life in school. Students experience the benefits of a mutually supportive and reinforcing environment that builds trust, develops character, encourages creativity, and gives opportunity for success. Parents are reassured that their values are being fortified and that the school is truly their partner in enabling their child to actualize their greatest potential.
Six months have passed and our dream has turned into a reality. We at T.I.D.E. are extremely excited and are now proud to invite any boy looking for growth to come and join us. For info visit us at www.YeshTide.com
