BDE. At some point there needs to be some outreach effort to those segments of the tzibur where swimming skills are not routinely taught to children at school, camp or otherwise. It is a basic life skill that many of us take for granted but not always part of the lifestyle of some yiddin. Too many times we read of such tragedies.
