Hatzalah responders are treating at least one person on the scene. More to follow.

11:36AM: MDA reports a 70-year-old male is being treated and appears to be in moderate condition, apparently, a passerby who is being transported to Kaplan Hospital.

A second victim, a 38-year-old male is also reported in moderate/stable condition with injuries to his head and extremities is also being transported to an unspecified hospital.
