According to the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs, most Israelis feel that there is no way to halt Iran’s nuclear program short of a military attack. 65% of the respondents feel that living under the threat of a nuclear Iran would be far worse than the price Israel will have to pay by launching a military operation against Tehran’s nuclear program.
80% of the respondents believe the US military can effectively strike Iran’s nuclear program, and the trust among residents in the IDF’s abilities is also high. 66% believe in the IDF and its abilities to strike the nuclear facilities as well.
62% of respondents believe that if the United States launches the military strike instead of Israel, the price paid by Israelis would be lower.
