Tnuva’s labor leaders have stepped up sanctions in their effort to compel management to adhere to their labor demands.
Delivery personnel are striking and this has already resulted in products not reaching over 400 stores nationwide. The strike began with refusal to deliver cottage cheese, then moving to certain chocolate milk products and it has now expanded to milk and in some areas, a total cessation of deliveries.
While labor and management at Tnuva are exchanging accusations, the other dairies are enjoying the increased revenue while Israel’s largest dairy is unable to meet the demands of consumers.
