Three prominent New York legislators wearing “hoodies” plan to lead other black lawmakers into the Senate chamber to protest the fatal shooting of a black teenage in Florida by a neighborhood watch volunteer.
State Sens. Eric Adams, Bill Perkins and Kevin Parker of New York City plan to wear hooded sweatshirts into the chamber Monday afternoon. They say they’re outraged by the shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in Florida a month ago Monday.
The youth wore a hoodie as he walked home on a rainy night in a gated community.
George Zimmerman, the 28-year-old neighborhood watch volunteer who shot Martin, hasn’t been charged, outraging many black leaders.
The U.S. Justice Department opened a civil rights investigation. A grand jury is scheduled to meet.

Fox News in Orlando Florida reported that this “innocent” black teenager was seen by a witness beating up a prostrate Zimmerman, who was crying “HELP.”
Zimmerman was bloody and had a broken nose. I gues all this doesn’t count as an assault to thes honorable “Gentlemen” from Boro-Park, who insist on joining Obama in playing racial politics.

It will be amazing when these lawmakers look at all the facts in this case prior to passing judgement on this man. We need to all understand that this is America and the MOB does not set judgement. I for one am waiting for the real facts not a bunch of silly men wearing hoodies who should be doing their job.
we have three facts from the case – 1 a dead body, 2 what was said on the 911 call and 3 that Zimmerman’s body sustained injuries consistent with being on the bottom of a fight. everything else is an invention of the MSM, including manipulation of the photos that we use to perceive the parties here. The ‘poor victim’ has many thug pictures up on facebook flashing gang signs, his middle finger, etc. The press chose not to sue any of those.. And the ‘aggressor’ has many proper suit-and-tie smiling shots as well. The press chose not to sue any of those. The hilarity of it all is that Obama has a white mother and black father and yet he is ‘black’ whereas zimmerman has a hispanic mother and white father, and he is ‘white’. hmmmmmm
If they dress like hoodlums and not lawmakers, then the Senate staff should treat them appropriately and deny them entrance
