He is currently undergoing a short procedure which doctors say will correct the problem, and stabilize his condition. 12:20PM: The condition of the Lakewood Mashgiach, HaRav Matisyahu Solomon Shlita has R”L deteriorated in the past while, and he is in serious condition. A team of doctors are doing additional tests, and of this moment, all Batei Midrashim in Lakewood have stopped learning, and are saying Tehillim.

FIRST REPORT 11:05AM EST: As was first reported by YWN on Wednesday night, Rav Matisyahu Solomon, Mashgiach of Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, was taken to the hospital by Lakewood Hatzolah Paramedics. The Mashgiach had collapsed in his home, and was taken to Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood.
He has since been transferred to a Manhattan Hospital, where he is in stable condition, and is undergoing extensive tests.

it is supposed to be a wake-up call from Hashem for klal yisroel to start doing teshuva ASAP
i.e. when something happens to a person privately it is a message from Hashem to him alone BUT when something happens to a GADOL HADOR then it is a message to all of KLAL YISROEL, this tzaddik-6 others ALL IN CRITICAL CONDITION-is a message for teshuva before things get worse C”V
