A message was released by officials in the Prime Minister’s Office that the IDF will continue striking Gaza terrorists for as long as necessary, stressing the current administration will not tolerate rockets fired into southern Israel.
20:28: Rocket alert sirens sounding in many southern areas. It appears the Iron Dome system has neutralized at least two incoming rockets in the Ashkelon area.
In addition, Israel Police has moved to heightened operational status nationwide.

I stand corrected, there were more than 2 neutralized out of the 100

It seems the other rockets were outside of the dome.
Ashkelon was protected but not the dessert around it.
if they would continue as long as necessary it wouldn’t be necessary anymore!!!
