This time around the weatherman did not disappoint and the snow is coming down hard in Yerushalayim, sticking in most areas. While the children are outdoors having a great time, the erev Shabbos white surprise is causing significant traffic delays, impacting public transportation and resulting in a bit of a panic in the shuk for example, as shoppers are rushing to get done and head home as the snowfall is quite heavy at this time.
