Israel Police remain on high alert on Har HaBayis this morning, Tuesday, 28 Shevat 5772 after flyers were found calling on Jews to visit the holy site. According to an Israel Radio report, flyers were found in the Jerusalem home of a person described in the report as a “right-wing extremist” calling for the Temple Mount action.

Islamic activists responded with a call to the masses to come to the Mount to protect it against the foreigners. The situation has resulted in an alert on and around the Har HaBayis.

Har HaBayis was the site of Islamic rock-throwing attacks against police on Sunday, leading to the injuring of a number of policemen and 13 arrests.
