Upon hearing of the seriousness of the condition of Maran Posek HaDor HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita, Maran HaGaon HaRav Ovadia Yosef Shlita dedicated his shiur to the well-being of R’ Elyashiv.
At the beginning of the shiur he announced that the learning is dedicated for a refuah shleima for HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv.

HoRav Ovadia Yosef shlita is also the Godol haDor.
In addition to being a genious in all Sephardi Pesokim & Halocho, he knows all Ashkenazic Pesokim & Halochos inside out. In the days I was in Israel, I frequently saw him & heard him, and he is just outstanding & an amazing Godol.
I also heard that learning divrei Torah from the Gadol helps too.
if that the case go buy the Mishna Berura Dirshu 1-4 there are alot of Rav Elyashiv pisaks in there and learn it
plenty of his own seforim.
