What appears to be another Price Tag graffiti attack is being reported on Sunday morning, February 5, 2012 in an Arab village north of Ramallah. “Death to Arabs”, “Closed military zone” and “Revenge” were painted on a taxi and a nearby building. The tires of the taxi were also punctured. Authorities are investigating.
In January, it was learned that the Price Tag attacks against a northern area mosque, an incident that prompted condemnatory statements from politicians across the political spectrum, were the work of an Arab male who wanted to incriminate Jews.

It would be somewhat dubious to go to an Arab city, inside the area policed by the Palestinan (not the Israeli) police, and write anti-Arab slogans.
Perhaps this is similar to occasional incidents of Jewish adolescents writing anti-semitic slogans in Jewish neighborhoods????
Maybe the problem, in both cases, has nothing to do with racism or politics, but of young people with too much time on their hands.
