Hundreds of people took part in a gathering in the Satmar Beis Medrash on Yerushalayim’s Yoel Street on Monday night. The participants gathered to express their outrage regarding the arrests of the suspects in the Eida Chareidis’s Vaad Artzi alleged tax evasion and money laundering operation.
Rabbonim addressed the tzibur for about two hours, including one fiery sermon exclaiming “We are not scared of police, not the mounted units and not the Yassam (tactical riot force). We will fill the jails!”
For many, the conclusion of the addresses was a signal to begin anew, setting out to Shivtei Yisrael Street, placing garbage cans in the roadway and setting them ablaze while shouting “gevald”. When police arrived, they were met with rocks and other objects but they did manage to open Shivtei Yisrael Street. One arrest was reported.

“We will fill the jails!” This could be prophetic. I would like to know why they burn garbage in their own neighborhood. What did their neighbors do to them? Or is this just an excuse for some action?
If they were really and truly against the medinah, they would have “filled the jails” years ago. They don’t care about what the medina does or is. They are just looking for free advertising for their goal of having a frum medinah. They are Zionists like everyone else, and I dare anyone to prove me any different. They can say they believe in the teachings of the Satmar Rav but it means nothing because they simply want to be comfortable for their SELFISH selves in their own island where they can do what they want AND STILL benefit from the medinah.

I don’t believe the rabbonim told them to go out and burn things and do damage! That is clearly ossur and very elementary – a basic tenet of our faith and even one of the seven mitzvas for bnei noach.
I CHALLENGE all the haters to come up with ideas on how to deal with this. Are we to sit by idly and watch blindly as our leaders are arrested with ZERO EVIDENCE? Are we to watch blindly as our friends and brothers are beaten? What do you propose? That we should allow the state to take care of it after they have shown thousands of times that they don’t care and won’t do anything?

They from the outset were out to assimilate the frum. They did KIDNAP yemeni kids from their parents and force them to eat non kosher food, go to non jewish schools (jews who teach against the torah is a non jewish school!). Well I did watch the story of a sikrikim member being arrested by cops while for yelling shiksa on a undressed lady in mea shearim, he was charged for yelling at her, spitting at her, resisting arrest. Well guess what haters! he has a video of the entire encounter which might hurt you, but proves he didn’t spit at her, didn’t resist arrest. Sooo you are not righteous as you proclaim, you are guilty of bigotry, of racism and anti semitism!
