Although Barnet Police announced on Friday, they have questioned four men over recent spates of anti-semitic egging in Golders Green, Shomrim NW London received reports of another anti semitic egging last night in Hendon.
Barnet police confirmed, four suspects, from Golders Green and Hendon, were arrested by police on Friday, January 6, and are awaiting charge.
In December, over 10 cases of egging attacks had been reported to Shomrim NW London, an Orthodox Jewish community organisation working alongside local police, but it is feared that the actual number of incidents is much higher.
The eggs have been thrown out of speeding cars at Jewish residents walking around Golders Green Road and Brent Street during the week and mainly on Friday and Saturday nights.
Last night, 8th January at 8:45pm a jewish resident reported to the Shomrim NW London Hotline that he had been a victim of an anti semitic egg throwing on Queens Road in Hendon.
Shomrim NW London continue to appeal for information from any witnesses or further victims of anti semitic egg throwing in London to call our 24 hour hotline on 0300 999 1234, so that we can assist the Police with this investigation.

“he had been a victim of an anti semitic egg throwing”. Would it have been any better if the egg would not have been anti semitic?
