A young mother died in Jerusalem’s Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital on Tuesday, 18 Cheshvan, days after giving birth. She was the mother of five children, the oldest being 7-years-old. The nifteres, Shulamit Guzali ob”m was diagnosed with a serious illness three months before giving birth. She began receiving treatment for her illness, cancer of the liver while pregnant with her daughter. Last week her situation worsened Kikar Shabbat reports. Doctors decided to deliver her daughter in the seventh month of pregnancy to save the baby. This morning, following treatment, the young lady died. The infant daughter remains hospitalized in the preemie unit and Baruch Hashem, she appears to be stable. The sons of the nifteres learn in Talmid Torah Netivos Shalom in Betar.
