Investigators say four swastikas were painted on the Jackson Heights branch of the Queens library and one was found at the East Elmhurst branch.
Another swastika was found one on the door of a synagogue in Jackson Heights.
Queens Councilman Daniel Dromm said this is not the first time swastikas have been painted on the synagogue.
