MK Dr. Ahmed Tibi on Sunday, 2 Cheshvan, is visiting with Fatah Tanzim faction leader Marwan Barghouti and convicted Israeli Arab terrorist Karim Yunas, both serving life sentences for their acts of terror.

The two apparently are disappointed that they were not included in the recent Gild Shalit deal that led to Israel agreeing to release 1,027 terrorists in exchange for Hamas releasing IDF soldiers Gilad Shalit. No explanation is being given for the Tibi visit at this time.

YWN-Israel reported in the past that the Arab MK continues to use his Knesset position to advance his cause, serving in the past as the senior advisor to Yasser Arafat YS”VZ while he was also serving in Knesset. He also accompanied PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) to New York City last month when the PA leader made his bid for statehood in the United Nations.
