Sirens are sounding in Ashdod and surrounding communities. Explosions are being reported. There are no immediate reports of injuries or damage. YWN-Israel will provide additional information if the situation warrants.
06:55 IL: 13 rocket attack victims arrived at Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon during the predawn hours, most requiring treatment for hysteria. All the victims are listed in light condition. Most have already been discharged.
06:57 IL: Three rockets were fired in the last attack. The Iron Dome defense system intercepted at least one of them.
